Our Why
Children without safe housing and consistent care face the greatest risk of poverty, exploitation, and interrupted education. From the beginning, we’ve focused our efforts on vulnerable children in Southeast Asia, providing stability where it’s needed most.
REACTS Ministries serves children in Thailand and Cambodia by meeting basic needs through long-term housing, education, and daily care.
Our Story
REACTS was founded in 2010 by four men who witnessed firsthand the work of God in Southeast Asia and felt called to support what was already unfolding there.
The organization began by partnering with a children’s home in Chiang Rai, Thailand, providing a safe and stable environment for 100 at-risk youth. Since then, REACTS has continued to grow in ways far beyond its founders’ original vision.
Today, REACTS operates three core programs:
In Chiang Mai, Thailand, the House of Faith children’s home provides a stable, nurturing environment for children who need it most.
In Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, the In Your Hands Ministry supports college-aged students through mentorship, character development, and essential life-skills training.
In Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the Cambodia Slum Ministry offers free preschool education along with English and computer instruction, helping children gain foundational skills and greater opportunity.
Each year, REACTS also sends short-term mission teams to support its ongoing work, offering participants the opportunity to engage cross-culturally, serve alongside local partners, and discern how they may be called to serve next.
